Welcome to Miry Creek Appaloosas. We raise quality appaloosas just outside of Cabri, Saskatchewan. We started our appaloosa adventure in 2014 when we bought our very first stallion "GR Baby's Dezert". We raised some very nice foals off of him that have grown to be smart, cowy and athletic. Although he was giving us outstanding foals, we were not getting the colour we desired from him. in 2017 we bought "GR Phantom Comet" this stallion is everything we had hoped for. He is big, athletic, fast, nicely tempered and he is also homozygous to give us colour 100% of the time. Our family has raised appaloosas for many years starting with my great grandpa Goldie. We love the appaloosa mainly because of the heart they carry. My grandpa always said "there is no such thing as a horse with no belly underneath." We raise our horses to carry the heart of the appaloosa, the never ending try and the unique colour. We try to honour my Grandpa Goldie by maintaining his beliefs in the appaloosa world and we get quite excitement doing so. Thank you for checking us out!
